Design your site and make it pretty!: Choose a theme/template that represents you and add some graphics
When it comes to blogging, one of the most important things is design. You want your blog to look visually appealing so that readers will actually want to stay and read what you have to say. Here are a few tips on designing your site: 1) Choose a theme or template that represents you and add some graphics. You want your blog to be eye-catching so make sure it looks good! There are tons of free themes and templates available online, so find one that fits your style best. For example, my blog uses the "CafePress" theme from blog.com.
2) Choose an appropriate color scheme. You don't want your design to clash, so pick a color scheme that compliments your theme. If you're not sure what to do, there are tons of resources available, such as colorlovers.com. 3) Add your own graphics. Currently, my blog has a graphic on the side, but I might add one to the top as well.
3) add some graphics to give your blog a personal touch. Add graphics for headers and graphics for your posts. This can be graphics you make digitally or photos that you take. Your graphics don't have to be high-quality, and they don't have to be perfect, but they do have to be relevant in order to make your blog look pretty!
4) Customize your site's fonts, buttons, and colors. While you're customizing your theme, take the time to make sure your site looks the way you want it to. Add your own graphics, buttons, and fonts to personalize it.
2) Choose a unique header image and use your logo, bio, and menu. 3) Post and link to images, including an image gallery, and make sure you choose the right size image for your blog post
